Designed to work on opening up the hips, legs & lower back - this Long Slow Deep (LSD) yoga workshop will help you find space, stillness and a sense of peace beyond the physical realm.
Using slow movement, restorative postures + a sound based Yoga Nidra, Katy and Georgia aim to create a safe space for you to drop out of your head & into your body.
This workshop will leave your cells soothed, body grounded and mind rejuvenated from the inside out.
Assists and massages will be given throughout.
